Really odd and dangerous behaviour. Two young women in a mini with a massive patch of smashed glass on the front windscreen, only slightly left of centre from driver’s side. Wandering up and down the street knocking on doors (but they had driven here so the damage didn’t occur in this street). Then they wandered off for half an hour, came back, faffed about with the car and drove off. Should get that windscreen fixed, not drive with it. So dangerous and illegal.
