People who want a new plate on the cheapest low spec , front wheel drive euro shit box and are prepared to accept whatever they can afford on monthly payments because they can't scrape together the cost of any thing decent even second hand .
So if someone is less than 63 and not wearing a cancer badge it is okay to just sit in your car and laugh at them while they struggle to get into theirs because of your inconsiderate parking?
Would it not have been more useful to take a photograph further back so we could see how close to your car he was parked? From that photo, it looks like he is parked within the parking bay lines. A zoomed in photograph of a car's reg plate doesn't really show much at all.
@Adam
And BTW, I was one of those that voted your comment down, but I recinded it after your first follow up. Yes, a wider photo would have been good, but we still have her account.
@Adam
Seems that plenty of other people have taken her report at face value and believed it. Problem is, if she goes back to where it happened now that she knows she has to have better photos he probably won't be there any more. Either you believe her or you don't, but because she didn't know she had to have photographic evidence that isn't proof she is lying. Yes, very few cars are parked bang in the centre of the bay, but this guy was apparently still in his car and watched and laughed as she struggled. Maybe that's why people voted him one of the worst?
@Mark
How do you know that the driver was watching her struggle and laughing? We've got no evidence of that whatsoever but Lynn's word. And if Lynn couldn't open the door of her car and exit the vehicle, then that suggests to me that she is parked too close to the white lines herself. Afterall, she is only a small lady so wouldn't need to open the door that wide in order to exit her vehicle.
But that's all beside the point, all we have to go on is a still photograph of a car reg plate and everybody is judging the driver based on Lynn's own word. If I was in Lynn's position and wanted to show the world what bad parking the other driver was, I would have taken a photograph showing this from further back. As it looks like the car was parked within the bay, I have no idea why the driver is voted as one of the worst on this website. Very few cars are parked bang in centre of parking bays anyway.
I think if the guy is indeed sitting in his car watching her struggle and laughing, he deserves a down vote and maybe more besides. Any half decent human being would have pulled out to let her get into her car and then parked up again. Perhaps more considerately.
To the two individuals who have voted my comment as negative, perhaps you could explain the reasons for doing so. My comment seems reasonable and logical to myself.
Parked 6 inches away from my driver's door and made me, a 5ft1in, 63 year old grandma with breast cancer, climb over from the passenger door of my Hyundai i10 into the driver's seat to get out while he was sitting in his huge Vauxhall laughing. You are a disgrace to humanity.
This asshole should show some respect for other people. Not because you are elderly, or have breast cancer - but because you are another person.
I was raised to show respect to elderly people, some people aren't which is fine. But come on, have some fucking human decency. Some people are just plain idiots, and I think this is what we have here, a plain idiot - I have seen this kind of thing happen and given the assholes a piece of my mind.
