This person is by far the worst driver I have witnessed in the roads. He flew passed me at an estimated speed of about 60mph in a 30mph zone and then had to slam his brakes on for the give way sign in front. He then shot of in such a fashion, leaving tyre marks on the road. He is a danger to everyone on the road!
