I would not disclose pertinent details regarding what the police have allegedly or apparently said to you. The reason is that the case is pending - disclosing details can sabotage the outcome and some people are inclined to use such disclosure against you and start countering all kinds of accusations. I would recommend uploading the video. Leave the title nondescript and Perhaps screen or disallow comments. Again, I'm not trying to have a go but there have been cases where criminals have used video's and comments to their advantage in order to try and absolve their behaviour. Oh, and if you want it sharing, just say: it's done. All the best.
