I would not disclose pertinent details regarding what the police have allegedly or apparently said to you. The reason is that the case is pending - disclosing details can sabotage the outcome and some people are inclined to use such disclosure against you and start countering all kinds of accusations. Please not, I'm not having a go at you, I'm just trying to help keep the case active and fair to all.

I would recommend uploading the video. Leave the title nondescript and Perhaps screen or disallow comments. Again, I'm not trying to have a go but there have been cases where criminals have used video's and comments to their advantage in order to try and absolve their behaviour. Oh, and if you want it sharing, just say: it's done. All the best.

This little prick overtook dangerously on a roundabout outside of Bridlington and cut us up nearly causing an accident the first time. He was beeped at, for which he begun slamming his brakes on every so many yards. At the next roundabout, he amazingly opened his door, while driving, to look back at us gesturing and giving various finger gestures. He managed to just avoid driving in to the middle of the roundabout and took off down the road again, only to then continue slamming his brakes on yet again. We kept our distance, but this childish and small-testicalled child decided he wanted a fight so drove at 5mph and gesturing out of the window again, once more trying to encourage a fight. As we aren't common chavs, we don't find ourselves getting in to road-rage brawls unlike this little turd.
However, he then stopped as we weren't responding. He proceeded to get out of his car with a car wheel brace, intending to use it as a weapon ( I assume his penis is so impressively small he can only manage to make himself feel like a man acting like such a chav).
My partner drove around this complete moron who was walking over to our car intending to put windows through, and I got a nice video of him doing so. We carried on driving down the road (while I then dialled 999). He immediately jumped back in his car and managed to overtake us at a recklessly trying to force us off the road. The entire time his wonderfully pike-faced girlfriend leaned out her window screaming "GE AW AND FITE YA FAT BITCH" - which honestly was the most comical part.
The Police took great delight in looking over the videos, and to quote two of them "He deserves to be thrown in and get him identified".
Being the busy non-chav people we are, we don't have a lot of free time for court dates with this meagre little twat, however the Police are looking for him, considering he doesn't live at the address the car is registered to. (go figure).
Until then, this little female excuse of a man should learn to stop carrying weapons before he picks a fight with a true meathead and gets the slapping he has coming to him. He should really put his penis back in his girlfriend's filthy little mouth too. They seem well suited to each other.
