Cam driver is an idiot. Constantly driving far too close to other vehicles (ever heard of the two second rule?) Amber lights still mean STOP.
If he should show this to the police they could consider reporting the cam driver for careless driving and offences under the public order act for causing harassment alarm or distress to the driver!

Thinking the dashcam vehicle is a van driver and because they couldn't get in the correct lane early enough they caused irritation to other road users and hence the handbags at dawn began. You've also possibly muted your recording to take out all the swearing and horn which would of antagonised the situation further

Cam driver, you are the dangerous driver who should be off the road. You are the one who threw your toys out the pram over the minor inconvenience of not being able to cut in. What was wrong with "Oops, wrong lane, I'll just go round the roundabout and get back on course." But no, you forcibly cut in and are then clearly hell bent on antagonising the other driver, following him and harassing him. If you showed this to the police it would be self incriminating. Yes, the other guy could have shown more courtesy but it was not his right to. And it was not your right to force your way into the other lane.
