Thought it was ok to drive right up behind cars, flashing his lights and beeping his horn, trying to force people over into lanes full of snow and close to vehicles when drivers should be leaving a larger gap. When it passed it was done in an aggressive manner causing layers of snow to coat my car causing me to lose vision of the road as the wipers couldn't shift it all quick enough. Very bad driving from a 'professional' driver in very bad conditions. Accident waiting to happen!
