You need to brush up on your English. I did not say the car driver was right to take that exit. I said both drivers were at fault. The biker definitely moved across into the path of the car. He should have been driving defensively. Give the idiot room and stay alive.

Both people were at fault here. The car was in the right hand lane but took the first exit. That exit has two lanes, so the car was trying to continue in the right hand lane of that exit but the biker who was in the left hand lane to start with, veered over to the right hand lane whilst on the roundabout. If the biker had gone into the left hand lane like he should have done the collision wouldn't have happened. It's also a good idea to assume everyone on roundabouts is a knob and prepare to brake and make room for stupid lane swapping as necessary. Always better to give way than get hit. Especially bike v car.

The car in that position would be expected to go right, the car driver changed his mind as to where he was going but then didn't bother looking as he moved over. Vehicles would use the left hand lane to go left or straight on, and it looked as though the bike was trying to go straight on before being taken out (therefore in the correct lane on the approach to the roundabout), hence why he didn't go into the left lane of exit 1.. that wasn't the direction he was heading in! Also the bike didn't veer to the right-hand lane on the roundabout, he was sticking to his lane!

The left lane is for anything between 6-12 o'clock, 2nd lane for 12-6 o'clock. The car should have gone straight on being in the right lane.

I thought the same at first but after reading the comments on the original YouTube video, realised this isn't the case. Look at the road markings (which are very faded). The right lane is not for taking the first/left exit.
