To the person on the bike you are too aggressive yourself. Yes, what they did was wrong but you are making the situation worse with things like rude hand gestures; which the police might view as provocation on your part. Just get a horn and try not to point in someone's face as you "ask" them to put the phone down.
And in case you are wondering I am not saying I hate cyclists or siding with cycle-hating trolls. I try to view each situation on its own merit and afford all road users regardless of their carriage the same respect and courtesy. It isn't easy because this is often a crowded country with so shortage of people who don't play by the rules, and it all stresses you out. But you have to control yourself if you want the complaint to be taken seriously. Furthermore, you lose control you lose your concentration and that is obviously something you don't want.
Your wrong, it's most people hate cyclists. Why do you think you can enforce law on people whenever your on the road. That's a job for police officers, whenever they are around.
Drivers don't chase cyclists down when you ain't got a set of lights, or a helmet, or when you jump a pedestrian crossing, or when you mount the pavement.
So please, Fuck off and get a life, before you come across the wrong person one day and get seriously hurt.
Also this. None of your comment even makes any reference to the driver's actions. Just an obvious fixation with hating on all cyclists for no reasons other than you getting out the wrong side of bed and looking for a problem.
Hmm. Could you well be the server's resident TROLL who's come back for more forceful removal? You seem to share similar traits. Or are you a certain, errant driver, perhaps? Or just an all-round trouble-maker who thinks that making silly, hateful and mis-informed judgments on he Internet makes you feel big and clever? You've shown very little to suggest anything other!
"Why do you think you can enforce law on people whenever your on the road."
- Logical fallacy coupled with loaded question.
"Drivers don't chase cyclists down when you ain't got a set of lights, or a helmet, or when you jump a pedestrian crossing, or when you mount the pavement. "
More idiotic fallacy; including to know every single driver and every single cyclist personally in order to hijack the narrative to suit your own narrow-minded predisposition.
"So please, Fuck off and get a life, before you come across the wrong person one day and get seriously hurt."
Yet more fallacy.
By virtue of your own protestation, there's very little in your comment beyond bigoted hatred. No wonder you have issues.
I know some folk hate cyclists, but driving too close to them just takes the piss...especially when the driver is using the phone and not wearing a seatbelt.
It's not a taxi, it's a private hire vehicle, aka a minicab (Uber, Addison Lee etc.). They display a yellow badge in the front and rear windows which is helpful to warn others that they're likely to be a crap driver.
It's good to see the proper taxi driver in the black cab having a word, considering they're generally known for hating cyclists.
Don't agree with your attitude. Id something bad had happened police would use it in mitigation plus it just isn't nice. Depsite that the "tixi driver" is a dangerous prick.
