Most of these workers tend to drive irresponsibly. They cut corners, mount kerbs and don’t seem to care a toss over any damage they cause. This doesn’t just happen in Birmingham but many other places too. What about some Cannock Chase council workers covered in tattoos? Their driving is unacceptable.
