The idiot still parked on double yellows at a school entrance to deter people from parking near a school entrance to give as much safety as possible for the pupils.
The sign is an additional "warning" of why the restrictions are in place. I hope you haven't got kids (knowing your genes could ensure more morons on this planet frightens me) but if you have (poor blighters) I hope they never get knocked over or potentially killed because some other arsehole decided they're not bothered about our traffic laws.
