Near Walsall West Midlands, not going to give more details in public. Driver more than just aggressive, running after van driver and threating him as well. In my personal opinion shouldn't be allowed to drive, not in such state anyway..

Aggressive and not very nice driver that thinks that public road in front of his flat is his private carpark so decides to park directly opposite already parked van delivering goods asrosss the road and arguing that he is entitled to do it as he lives there. On the attached photos car already moved by the driver as been asked to do so by other road users trying to get past. Still great way of parking but at least not entirely blocking the road.
