This dangerous, inconsiderate, thoughtless driver couldn’t wait one minute in traffic so decided to go and overtake all the cars on the other lane with cars going in the opposite direction. He sped then found himself stuck, putting people at risk who were walking, and creating further traffic for everyone else. Deserves his insurance costs to sky rocket, and deserves this public embarrassment if anyone was to see it.
