I can't even see what the plate refers to. It does't spell anything and makes the car look older. Just some bell end trying to hide the cars age from his neighbours? Who knows.

The driver seems OK to begin with.. keeps their distance, doesn't tail-gate. They then get closer (too close in my opinion), but you can see a degree of hesitation in their actions. So just hold back, it makes cyclists nervy and they don't like cars being so close. It also means you have almost zero time to react, should they hit a bump or try to avoid a kid running across the road.. any number of reasons. I hope they understand the need for a cyclist to stay out the 'door zone'? Did they understand the cyclist is fully entitled to ride in the middle of the lane? It's clearly not safe to be over-taking, and yet, I have this done on me almost every single day. The last person trying to over-take me on very narrow road, across junctions, and on a blind bend. Oh, and false plates. It's dangerous out there folks.. gotta have your wits about you - and if you ride in the gutter all the time just to please the ignorant? Then that space you should have WILL be taken from you by said group. You have a right and indeed an obligation to remain safe and visible.. if the person behind is too selfish and stupid to respect that then really, it's their problem not yours.

Well 'B', then I'd change the plates. Sorted. Otherwise it's basically trying to deny people their freedoms just because you don't like what they say. As mentioned it's a public place.. whether or not they would choose to sell that car, it makes no difference. The person filming has every right to do so.. as long as it's complete, fair and allows feedback I don't have any problem with it. People will just see it and make up their own minds. Trying to suppress people's freedoms in this manner just makes it worse.. it also results in more attention on account of the Streisand Effect. So if I bought the car I'd just change the plates.
