Man driving a black Kia. Drove down the cycle lane gap between the pavement and a bus waiting at a red light to drive through the red light on a pedestrian crossing on Victoria/Histon Road junction in Cambridge. The bus had stopped because the lights were on red! The car then drove through another red light at the Histon/Huntingdon Road junction 50 yards on, turning right. Absolutely abominable driving for which this man should be banned
