This person is the entire reason people drive bumper to bumper in heavy traffic, otherwise she'd just come along in an open lane and just slide into the exit at the last second. She doesn't seem to have the attention span or brain power to keep the car going in a straight line for more than 10 seconds and seems far too interested in everything else around her other than the road.
