Pulled onto roundabout (whilst using his mobile phone) and bullied me out of the way, when I was already established on it. Cut me off so I had to stop. Gestured at me, then set off and dragged the artic trailer across the front of my car. I was stopped at the time. He tried to blame me. Bully and dangerous driver. My insurance chasing him now. Buying a dash cam as a result of this madman.
