The passenger (looks like they might have been holding a phone) offered the cyclist 'a slap'. What a great way to teach a teenager to drive!
The supervising driver must take responsibility for giving the cyclist more room and encourage the student to stop before the cycle box. They should have apologised to the cyclist instead of trying to justify the mistake and threaten violence. I hope this video makes the online papers.
