indecisive uniformed in an unmarked car. While moving off to left, without looking and seeing my indicator and lane change swerves out to avoid traffic queue and runs me back into lane. then later pulls up next to me as I take the exit and trys to side swipe me causing me to be distracted and nearly plowing into the car in front. trot on little piggies I got you on both front and rear camera.
