As you can quite clearly see, there are roadworks and the lane width has been reduced. As you can also clearly see there are cars in the outside lane overtaking me. It would not have been safe or sensible to pull out into the outside lane from 0mph to get around him. I'd rather not be the cause of an accident, thanks.
