Two slow moving lanes of traffic on the approach to a roundabout
Van driver indicating that he wishes to change lane, presumably in order to turn right on the roundabout, doing so well ahead of the junction.
Two cars deliberately stop him doing so.
Footage is slightly jumpy but it does appear that the camera car accelerated as the van pulled out, ie driving into him.

I could understand the drivers blocking the van driver if he was taking the proverbial ie jumping a que of traffic but video does not show this.
Did something happen earlier not shown in this video? Or just two car drivers being bloody minded?
