Tubby balding bloke parked up in back alley (not a euphemism) and then proceeded to climb up to look over people’s back walls into their gardens/yards. Then reversed a bit and showed interest in a council grit bin. Then did some very odd manoeuvres when driving off.

He’s back with some woman and this time caught him sticking his head over our front yard railings. Could be innocent but looks dodgy AF with no explanation what they’re snooping around for.
