Absolutely dangerous driver. Driving down a470 towards merthyr from pontypridd. I was in the outside lane doing the speed limit. He tried bullying me by being so far up my behind it would have seriously caused a death or more had I had to break. He then went into a gap in the I side lane realised he was not going to be able to undertake me, due to the cars already in the inside lane. He then came back out progressed to a hairs gap to my rear and when it was safe to do so I went into the I side lane. He then took delight at laughing at me. What an idiot I hope he realises the dangers and is prepared to be caught.
