The context of that video is clear; it is NOT, as alleged, to destroy someone's business. The video was also shot in a public space, and the company details on that van are publicly accessable. No laws have been breached to my knowledge, in filming a public space in which the occupant(s) of the vehicle show, discard litter on a public highyway. Saying "everyone litters" is not true, or relevant to the matter at hand. No permission is required to make an observational video such as this.

Deserves to be exposed.
The business is partly to blame for this driver throwing rubbish out while in use of their vehicle. Shouldn’t employ workers like this then there would be no bad news exposure.
