This man is a classic example of nouveau riche so possibly a footballer or similar. He seems to think that his vehicle must be ahead of everyone all the time while he sits up in a high position full of self importance. Maybe you have confidence issues mate or trying to make up for something else and that big car makes you feel all important. It does not give you the right to swerve across lanes with no indication at all and generally drive without any consideration for others.
