Zero effect by banning them because they probably don't have a driving licence in the first place and even if they did actually own one for the majority of banned drivers it doesn't stop them - they just ignore it.
Best place for scum like this is 6ft under before they put innocent lives there but we live in this elite/PC world and they want these scum to continue to survive next door to you but if they do lock them up it's just an All Inclusive holiday with free entertainment and drugs without the freedom to leave....how is this punishment?
If you think 6ft under is too harsh go speak to the many who have lost family/friends to scum like these
And if you still think it's harsh might I suggest relocating them to somewhere like the Patagonia desert or even drop them off in the middle of the major forest fires or floods currently causing life threatening disaster around the world.
