Looks like the car was thinking to undertake and then saw the truck so decided against it. So I go with crap driving not crash for cash.

Poster has no road sense
The tagged vehicle was attempting to undertake the line of traffic because he don't care about speed limits/other road users
He only pulled back in when he saw the HGV in lane one and never considered dashcam vehicle
How did I reach that? Look how he's tailgaiting the van (from 41secs) and can't wait to put his foot down.
Yes he needs a word from PC Plod but I'm more concerned with what looks like a HGV dashcam and that the so called professional driver thinks this is crash for cash
