Council does next to nothing about yobs roaming our streets looking for trouble...all it does is pass the buck to police, who then pass it back. Meanwhile, if you drop litter or park a way they don't like it's an instant fine. Their priorities are such they treat decent people like shit and try to squeeze them for absurd amounts of money. We need new councils and less snake oil salespeople pretending to represent our interests. They never did.
