Oh fuck off, why be so petty about it? its not a main road, he has probably just parked it there so nobody will park next to him and risk scratches and dents... personally i would do the same thing. Plus aswell look at the size of the road, you can get a bus through there man! stop being so jealous of him, jealousy gets us nowhere!
