As I was driving through Lancaster City Centre which was quite busy with vehicles this vehicle was up my backside and eventually the driver decided to pull out to overtake nearly causing an accident and forcing the driver of the vehicle to his right to brake hard. He then tried to speed off but got caught in traffic further along.
This driver seems to have a bad reputation.
