Thick as pigshit. I watched the car in front of them slow down slightly for a cat crossing and this moron put their foot down and overtook with cars coming the other way in a 30mph zone. As if the emergency services don't have enough to deal with during this time, pricks like this put lives at risk even though they'll gain nothing from it when the next red light comes up a few hundred yards down the road.
