I don't know if this driver is drunk, but they're certainly driving like they are. Swerved between lanes 5 or 6 times, causing multiple different cars to have to brake suddenly. Then decided to change lanes eventually, drive at 12mph in a 40mph zone, before braking and then deciding they wanted to change lanes yet again. Honestly this driver shouldn't be on the road at all, a danger to all drivers and pedestrians.
