And we can't jail them as i's not their fault or the fault of the parents even if the kill an innocent person because it's their background being bought up on a council estate with 3 dad's who don't pay for their upbringing but rely on their benefits to buy their crack and cider
Jeeez if I was PM there would be a new offence - you are responsible for the negative actions of your child and if you cannot pay for the financial burdens they incur you go to jail - both of you and your kid gets locked up as well because you all don't want to be part of a civil, humane society we are taking away your rights to be a hinderance to those that do.
Build more prisons so that we have room for them all - this will create jobs etc and it won't cost that much because if they want to eat and watch tv and shit then they will have to work to pay for it.
