This f*cking retard has no idea how to use the Mersey Tunnel! Drove straight into the clearly marked FAST TAG booth and proceed to try and pay using coins, the utter moron!
Stuck behind this c*nt for well over 15 minutes and ended up late for work! Didn't have the intelligence to ask for help or notify any of the Mersey Tunnel staff for over 10 minutes. How this guy manages to dress himself in the morning is beyond me!
