Got any video mate? I know Blackburn has no shortage of idiot drivers - and look at the cars parked on the pavement..clearly another council that cares more about being politically "correct" than it does dealing with disabled people and mothers with prams being forced into traffic.

Another Asian Blackburn t0$$er! Drove straight at me because there were speed humps in the road. There was also a parked car on my side, so I stayed to the centre of my lane. He came well over the white lines.
