I suspect this little blue van is on false number plates as it comes up as a tractor.
The driver pulls out from M6 J33 onto the A6 roundabout by Galgate immediately in front of traffic approaching from the right.
This type of driving and a mismatch in vehicle description suggests this driver is a deliberate wrongdoer. Is he involved in some criminal gang?
