Obstruction on their side of the road but pulled onto the opposite side of road and hit side of my car as I passed. Failed to stop after hitting me and just drove on.

Only the one from 23:03:13. You Tube really pisses me off lately, nothing seems to work properly on it. As for this.. I wonder if their insurers (assuming they have one), have seen it? Perhaps they aren't aware, I dunno (I don't like to accuse people etc). But I would have thought they'd at least recognize the sound of the impact, and it must have done some damage to their car. Hope it works out mate.
