I have also seen this young boy but I believe he is not as bad as speculated. He gives lifts to the not so well off children to the local church with the consent of their parents. He also donates clothes to the church and other families that need them more. I also see him doing a lot of volunteering and charity work.

Always see this lad driving about trying to pick up 13-14 year old girls, he looks about 18-19 so it's pretty sick. Also I've saw him pull over and drop things off to groups of kids so he must be selling something.
