Yet again piss poor policing probably because of the continuous cuts by the Tory government or possibly the local kebab shop has barred them because they can't get their fat asses through the door quick enough.
If it was me I'd seek legal advice possibly private prosecution and then if won take action against the police.
They are accountable
Advice to other bikers - if someone knocks you off stay down and scream like someone has shoved a ghost chili up your arse and ask for ambulance and police.
It is the only way to force the police to act - they will definitely get involved if there's injury (howerver small).

As a Martian of the UK, I believe that this driver, albeit he choose the wrong 4x4, Is a good driver.
