Here is an example of where heavily tinted windows and windows that do not go down should be tolerated by the police.
Any children seeing this face in public would have nightmare!
I know people who use to ride push-bikes and motorbikes around there. What you'd get is, entitled people like the asian person in this car deliberately going out to cause them harm.
Once when I was riding my bike in Smethwick this gang of "Asian mafia" or whatever were waiting in a car at a junction and I had priority as I was on the main road. But instead of waiting they deliberately pulled out on me to block my path and started making racist comments as well as threats of violence. I cycled onto the pavement and got off, but before I could they tried to run into me shouting more race hate. THIS is the kind of moron you have in Britain's second city but the media doesn't seem very interested in it for some reason.
"The car came out of a side road so I doubt there had been any prior altercation. Do you think the reporter should upload the entire footage from when they left home or what?"
You're going on the basis of pure speculation. There have been cases before where only certain segments of a video have been shown in order to fit a particular viewpoint. Just because the car emerged from a side road doesn't mean there's no prior history.
It is for this reason the police will always ask that footage prior to and after an incident is included, I think it's something like two minutes. I'm not saying the OP is a liar. I'm asking if anything else happened.
Opera used to have a neat SpeedDial feature where you could store all your bookmarks for easy access. You just clicked on the box you wanted. I say "used" because the newer one is just bollocks. They put coloured blocks like Windows 8, with no apparent means of searching. So if you got 500 boxes on your screen you cannot find what you're after. They had a great thing with this browser but I am not gonna put up with it's shortcomings any more. It's just annoying.
'K', I'm gonna try and play it back different ways to rule out any browser issue. I use Opera but am getting sick of it because it uses a more and more RAM and they keep inventing new features instead of fixing old one's properly..will report back.
He's probably not even an immigrant. I bet he's spent his whole life in this country after his parents came here for a better life and probably worked hard all day every day in the local corner shop but he's grown up to be an idiot with a chip on his shoulder. This seems to be common.
I can hear sound all the way through the video. The radio is playing so there aren't any silent moments at all. I'm surprised there is any debate over who is to blame when it's obvious to me it was the car pulling out that was at fault.
I used to do a lot of commuting in and around the second city. There are some nice places but with immigration, birth rates and for want of a better word, islamisation the place is quickly turning into one big concrete slum. It's got to the point where what is often considered luxury in this region is sub-standard elsewhere.
Added to this is the mind-set of certain inhabitant. Basically a combination of snobbery, violence and stupidity. A dog rolling around in its own shit, biting the hands of anyone who so much as comes near it. You get idiot drivers who should never be on the road, given the keys to mommy and daddy's car then proceeding to loiter and speed, trying to show off in front of their millenial co-horts whilst causing great danger to others. Certain roads are notorious for it.
When called out on it they often turn violent, because that's what stupid dogs do. Birmingham as a whole has turned into a bunch of nothingness that is best avoided.
Sid James victim blaming again when it's clear the car pulled into a main road without making sure it was clear and he thinks you can't enter a bus lane because of the solid white line. This dude is an absolute moron and has no idea how to drive.
I agree the cam driver was close to the van so the other car's view would be obscured, but that would be all the more reason for the other car to stop and make sure it was safe to proceed. Perhaps the bus lane is open to the traffic at certain times? I am not sure.
Cam car driving too close to rear of van has to swerve to pass it. Cam car enters bus lane across solid white line. So it is a bit ripe to be critical of other drivers.
Turn up your speakers or replace your hearing aid batteries. I can hear audio. The car came out of a side road so I doubt there had been any prior altercation. Do you think the reporter should upload the entire footage from when they left home or what?
