I used to live in that region. Let me say that getting the hell out of there was the best move I ever made in my entire life. The Black Country is a shit-hole and if it disappeared tomorrow very few people would miss it. It's basically somewhere culture goes to die and poverty is rife. Combine these two and you get idiots like this, but what you see here is just a very, very small part of it. The place festers with losers and it just saps your energy like some vile leech in a swamp. The laughing stock of western Europe.
However, if you love shit-holes filled with morons, baby boomer religious types and sanctuaries for immigrants, this is the place to be..

In the states we deal with these type of ass oles in the good old fashioned way, We call a few buddies on our mobile bluetooth and get them to meet up with us a few miles before our destination and when they call us back telling us at what point they are at we change tactics and overtake these idiots and let them chase behind us, When we get to the meeting point our buddies join the freeway and start our set out plan, Just like the cops do we eventually 3 way block them, One behind, One at the front and the other on the outside and then video record them from all angles, We do this for a good few miles and the now once hard guy becomes a somewhat pussycat and starts to look terrified, 9 times out of 10 they end up calling the cops but little do they know we already called the cops and told them to meet us at another joining point, We eventually get to the meeting point and as always the other driver runs to the cops and screams like a bitch and tells the cop we have scared the hell out of him for many miles, Thats when we produce the video evidence, Here in the USA the cops listen to both sides and then they find out who the real bad guy is and always arrest the idiot that started all this, Yeah we get a good telling off but it always ends up with a handshake and a wink, Thats how we deal with these type of ass oles in the USA
