Bad driver, starts his vehicle and sits in it with the engine running for upwards of 1.30 hours. Playing with his phone. Not once, but every time he parks in this residential area.
Emission of carbon monoxide in this small lay bye adjacent to & very close to residential homes with open windows. Children & the elderly live immediately, less than 5metres from this parked vehicle.
Something has to be done to stop this careless & irresponsible driver from this unnecessary habit.
Toyota vehicles don't need to run their engines for this length of time in July.
