Another idiot who thinks speed limits and rules of the road apply to everyone but him. Came speeding in a 40mph at about 60 - 65mph, nearly went up my back end. Then decided to undertake, and tailgate the poor car in the next lane, before then continually swapping back and forth between two lanes. Very dangerous and stupid man.
