Depends what the picture shows. It could potentially be invaluable evidence. Also, many people would like to share footage but don't know and/or have problems using their hardware and accessing media. Not everyone is as tech savvy as you might think they are my friend..

This man (very rough and ugly looking) and his passenger (white woman with dreadlocks wtf?) almost hit an old couple crossing the road at a light. They just ran it. Pulled up into a sports centre really fast too where kids are. Dangerous knobheads. Caught on dashcam forwarding to police

What I want to know is, if it's caught on dashcam like you say, then why haven't you uploaded the video so we can judge for ourselves on what happened? A still picture of a car (not even in the act of committing the offence you are describing) is absolutely pointless...
