Anyone with an ounce of common sense would want this knobhead banned from driving then only allowed to drive again after the ban and a retake of the driving test (that's if they've ever passed one)
Sadly we live in a pc brigade era and we'll be lucky if the police take any notice of this but if they do then we'll have to rely of the CPS, no hope there but if we are fortunate that they do decide to prosecute then we'll have to rely on the judge and their interpretation of the guidelines and the knobhead will likely get off with a £50 fine because he needs his car for work to feed his 4 kids with 3 different mothers.
TLDR - nothing will be done until he kills someone
