Shocking. To calculate the speed you would need to have a time overlay on the original recording, or a video player with sub second resolution of the time (unlike youtube). You would then need to measure the white lines on the ground or google earth. Given time and distance you could derive the speed. Playing with the numbers a bit you could estimate the margin of error.
