Initially introduced herself by cutting into my lane without checking her mirrors or indicating forcing me to break sharply. Held everybody up by driving unreasonably slowly. COuldn't muster the courage to make a slight turn in the road without breaking 200 yards before it and slowing down even further. Couldn't keep a constant speed. Sat blocking 2 lanes while she decided which one she fancied more. Cut me up again without indicating as she made a last minute decision to turn left. Said farewell by deciding that she'd had enough fun causing tailbacks and proceeded to start speeding.

Conclusion? Suspect that she suffers from narcolepsy and has very little interest in paying attention to the road when behind the wheel.
