Update
Having had to make an appointment to officially report it I gained the following info
Nottinghamshire Police are not pro-active with dashcam recordings of "law breakers"
They might send a letter to the registered keeper relating to an offence but please note the word might.
But there is no current policy to follow other reputable Police Forces and take the initiative forward.
Had the officers seen the incident at the time and they were not busy (with all the cuts etc I doubt that ever happens) they would of depending on the response of the driver either offered a caution or fined them.
Sad to say peeps Nottinghamshire will remain full of some inconsiderate drivers because basically our police can't be arsed (or should I say the powers at the top do not see that our dashcams will help improve road safety if we had the backing from them - I mean some of us do care and try to make things better for everyone)

Yeah i handed over footage of a guy running a red in my city centre as there we're no speed cameras in place so the police took my footage for evidence, The police got back to me a week later saying the guy held his hands up and took the fine as well as thepoints, So you see us little people can make a big chang when we try, 1 for the common folk

You can now hand footage like this into your local police station as they use public footage for red light jumpers, seriously i have handed in at least 6 this year already and eeveryone one of them have been given points as well as fines, whats to lose
