Folks, you can report it anonymously to Crime Stoppers or you can also ring your local police station's non-emergency line. Maybe just drop them a note. If they are aware of where the vehicle is chances are they might be able to pay a little visit to check things out.

Driving a car with bald tyres and no MOT Tax and obviously therefore was an offence add to that putting children in the car and you have a worst then worse driver. The Police in Shropshire are obviously also retarded, let's hope the driver doesn't kill or injur anyone else in their quest to drive at No cost.

This car has had tax or MOT for 9 months, is not insured, it had advisories on the MOT in 2014 for corroded brake lines and worn suspension bushes and bad tyres that were also flagged up for the MOT in jan 2015, presumably still not been fixed 2 and a half years later. I STILL see it being driven around, shitty tyres, blowing exhaust sounding like a tractor and lights not working properly. why?
