Igman, did it ever occur to your brain that lorries need extra turning space? By your logic it's 100% safe to over-take a lorry on a ring-road as the lanes are "only advisory" and the lorry should be driven exactly within the paint and not a mm over.

Entirely cam driver's fault. Lane markings and arrows are only advisory, not mandatory. By needlessly jumping into the right lane on the exit from the roundabout you were changing lanes without due care and attention and cutting up the white van.
