On what basis are you saying this? Do you have what you consider to be proof? Have you gone to the police? Or is it just another throwaway comment? People can help but you need to arm yourself with facts and not mindless slander.

Driver parked in my works private car park and refused to move it elsewhere. (Mustn’t have been able to find a space in his own works car park). Got very aggressive when asked to move it. When he finally came back after he finished work, he drove off aggressively, pulling out on a car and forcing them to perform an emergency stop. The car then proceeded to speed off. Awful driving by someone who works for TSB bank in Gloucester.

Don't approach them in future. You've tried the polite way and they don't want to see sense. Just get a video camera ready in case it's needed. I would then walk into the bank and specifically ask to speak to the Manager. Inform then of your experience and that you do not feel it is a good reflection on the service they provide. Whatever they say, get it in writing. Get them to acknowledge your car park is private and he should not be parking there.

The driver of that car wants attention? Sure. You got it..in more ways than one.

And if at the end of the day you get no luck, use what you have at your disposal: footage, and social media. Take it to the local and national press. At no time be tempted to go ape shit on them, because sometimes it's what they want in so far as attempting to justify their behaviour. If they get violent shut the door and call the police. Whatever cameras and audio recording equipment you have, keep it running at all times where legal to do so.
